京ブランド食品宣言

京都は日本人の心のふる里であり、世界に誇る歴史都市であります。その中で磨き育まれてきた食文化は、脈々と継承され、時代とともに発展してきました。

京都の食文化の発展は、厳選された材料、伝統的な製法と革新的な技により価値ある高品質なたべものを創造し、人びとに感動と満足感を提供することで築かれてきました。

また、作る人から食べる人への「おもてなしの心」が、たべもの一つひとつに込められています。

京都の食文化の創造に貢献する食品産業は、お客様との信頼関係を基盤に伝統と革新を形にした「京ブランド食品」を京都から日本各地、さらに世界へ向けて発信します。

そして、食の先駆者として、また京都の食文化の進化をめざし、ここに「京ブランド食品」の宣言をします。

1) 山海里の恵みを京都で育んだ伝統の技と叡智で創り上げました。 2) 作り手の心を尽くした感性が食べる人へ鮮明に伝わります。 3) 安心・安全とともに「ほんまもん」を届けます。

The Launch of “Kyo-brand foods”

Kyoto is a spiritual home to the Japanese and one of the leading historical cities in the world. Dietary culture, which has been nourished and refined in the city, has been handed down from generation to generation and made its progress with changing times.

The dietary culture in Kyoto owes its development to those who have created higher quality dishes by utilizing time-honored recipes and innovative techniques with materials they select with great care.

Peoples’ satisfaction with such refined dishes has also contributed to the development of the Kyoto cuisine.

Each and every Kyoto dish has cooks’ spirit to provide hospitality to diners.

Based on the mutual trust between producers and their consumers, food industry in Kyoto has contributed to the creation of the dietary culture in the city and hopes to let “Kyo-brand foods”, or foods produced in Kyoto, be known to people all over the world as well as Japan.

We, as pioneers of foods, announce the launch of “Kyo-brand foods”, hoping the further development of the dietary culture in Kyoto.
